13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including but not limited to Florida Statutes Title XXXIX - Commercial Relations, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), as well as by applicable United States federal laws, such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM) and the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA, Section 501.171, Florida Statute) and other applicable laws.
